Carlota holds a stone I picked up by hand on a trip back to Brazil — a blue apatite that catches light like shallow water at midday. Electric and quiet at once. A stone of clarity, and of quiet courage.
Threaded by hand on silk and softened with tiny freshwater pearls, the blue feels less like a stone and more like sky. Finished with a sterling silver clasp, worn close to the throat.
Made once. Brought back from Brazil. Never repeated.
