A note on the stones:
Diamond is the hardest natural substance — traditionally worn for clarity and constancy, and the birthstone of April. Green garnet is softer in colour but holds a similar weight of symbolism — long worn as a stone of vitality, kindness, and the kind of strength that quietly renews itself.
