Alamea Moai Ring — Sacred Portals Collection
A sculptural ring drawing on the Moai — the great stone figures of Easter Island, carved by the Rapa Nui between the 13th and 16th centuries to watch over the island and the people on it. Set in recycled 9k yellow gold or recycled sterling silver, with a small green garnet at the centre.
The Moai stand facing inland — guardians of memory, holding sacred power for those who came before them. Linked in Rapa Nui cosmology to the Pleiades, the seven-star cluster long held as a place of origin.
Made once. Worn for those who watch. Never repeated.

About the collaboration:
The Moai Ring was made with Marcia Bello of the Emana Institute, drawing on her experiences and teachings from Rapa Nui — the same island that gave us the Komari Necklace. Sacred Portals is the collection that holds these collaborations — pieces born from teachers, traditions, and places that have shaped the studio.
